EyeCraft Rules and Regulations
At EyeCraft, we strive to deliver an experience defined by trust, clarity, and exceptional standards. These guidelines ensure a consistent and premium service for every customer.
1. Digital File Privacy
EyeCraft follows a strict digital privacy protocol. We delete all original iris photographs captured during the session once editing is completed. Only the final artwork files are securely stored in our system for product reproduction, customer support, or internal quality reference. No raw or unedited iris images are kept or archived.
2. Iris Photography for Children
We do not capture iris photos of children under 4 years old. This is solely because young children cannot maintain the stillness required for precise imaging. Iris photography is completely safe and does not cause any harm to the eyes.
3. Digital Copy Policy
To maintain the authenticity and integrity of your artwork,
- Original files of the eyes are not provided.
- Individually edited single iris images are not provided.
- We only provide digital copies of the final completed artwork for personal social media use.
- All master iris image files are deleted after the final product is delivered.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is collected at the customer’s location during the photo session.
We do not accept advance payments before arrival, and payment is not collected at the time of delivery.
5. Effect and Size Selection
Each product includes one effect, and multiple effects for comparison are not provided. Frame size and effect selection must be confirmed within 2 days after the photo session.
Any delay will automatically adjust the delivery date.
6. Authenticity of the Iris
We preserve the genuine structure and characteristics of your iris exactly as captured. EyeCraft does not add, remove, or artificially alter any iris features. Only minimal artistic enhancements are applied to improve clarity and color while maintaining authenticity. We carefully remove reflections caused by photography lighting to ensure a clean, polished final artwork.
7. Reshoot Policy
If a reshoot is required due to movement or difficulty keeping the eye steady, an additional visit fee may apply. Reshoots caused by technical issues on our side are provided free of charge.
8. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. If a customer cancels without notice or is unavailable upon arrival, the session must be rescheduled. A revisit may be required depending on availability.
9. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is three working days after customers confirm their frame size and effect. Delays in selection will shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
10. Frame Inspection and Damage Policy
- All frames are thoroughly inspected before delivery. Customers should check their frame upon receiving it.
- Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period cannot be replaced free of charge.
11. Travel Coverage
Our standard service area includes Colombo and nearby regions. Locations outside this zone may include an additional travel fee based on distance.
12. Artwork Usage Rights
All iris artworks are created solely for the customer’s personal use. EyeCraft may use anonymized, non identifiable images for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
13. Safety and Professional Standards
We use professional macro photography equipment designed for close up imaging. The process is safe, comfortable, and does not cause any harm to the eyes.
14. Custom Requests
Special editing requests or unique framing styles may include additional charges depending on complexity.
