Damaged or Defective Items

At eyecraft.lk, each order is custom-created based on your unique iris and selected preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for damaged or defective items.

However, if you receive an item that is clearly damaged during delivery or has a production error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos.
We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, take appropriate corrective action if a genuine fault is confirmed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

All iris photographs are custom-captured and printed specifically for each customer based on:

  • Individual iris image
  • Selected frame size
  • Selected frame style
  • Chosen effects

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

eyecraft.lk does not provide refunds.

Since our products are personalized, custom-made, and created through an in-home photography service, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with personal preference

  • Incorrect frame or size selection by the customer

  • Minor color or visual differences due to screen display variations

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All products and services offered by Eyecraft.lk are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom iris photographs
  • Framed iris artwork
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital previews or downloadable content
